目标人群:14岁-25岁景颇族、德昂族青少年
Target Population: Jingpo and De’ang minority youth between the age 14 – 25 years
项目目标:开展基线调查和需求评估,基于景颇族、德昂族社区青少年自身的诉求,通过一系列社区活动、培训和教育,促进和加强青少年防范意识及性健康意识。提升青少年应对疾病风险的能力,引导青少年选择积极的生活方式。进行不同层面的政策倡导,提高当地性与生殖健康服务的可及性,保障青少年性健康权利的有效实现。
Project Objective: operates baseline survey and needs assessment. Based on the plea from Jingpo and De’ang minority community youth, the project offers a series of activities, trainings, and educational material with the objective of increasing sexual health knowledge, raising the youth’s ability to reduce the risk of disease and develop a healthy life style. Advocate strategies at different levels of the government to promote sex knowledge and reproductive health services to protect the sexual health of rights of the young people.
社区活动:
l 开展基线调查和需求评估;
l 成立青年核心骨干小组;
l “以青年需求为导向”的参与式规划;
l “以权利为基础”的青年骨干培训;
l 建设性与生殖健康传统文化陈列室,作为与景颇族、德昂族青少年交流的长期基地。
Community activities:
l Develop base line survey and needs assessment;
l Establish youth key staff team;
l “Set the direction based on the needs of the youth” to develop participatory plans;
l “Based on the youth rights” to offer youth key staff training;
l Set up a sex and reproductive health exhibition as a long-term base for minority youth communication.
项目倡导:邀请当地景颇族和德昂族文化人、长老为项目实施建言献策;青少年性与生殖健康专家将对项目实施进行监测和评估;通过编辑简报和相关通讯,反映项目过程和成果,并通过国际和国内的学术、项目交流会议,对不同层面的有关人士进行倡导,对项目经验进行拓展和推广。
Project promotion: Invite local Jingpo and De’ang minority learnt persons, elders to provide suggestions to project implementation. Experts on youth sex and reproductive health to provide project monitor and evaluation. Compile and publish newsletters and communications to share project process and results. Work with national and international conferences to share and promote project experience.
